Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HaHa Vault application (the “App”) provided by Unrestrained Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a non-custodial interface for interacting with on-chain yield vaults. We act as a curator of vault strategies. We do not custody user assets at any point; all transactions are executed directly on the blockchain by the user.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the App. The App is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where access to or use of the App would be prohibited by applicable law.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction you choose to execute.

5. Risk Disclosure

Interacting with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols involves significant risk, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, liquidity risk, and regulatory uncertainty. You may lose some or all of the assets you deposit. Past performance of any vault does not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the App are the property of Unrestrained Tech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unrestrained Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We will update the effective date at the top of this page upon any revision.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
